Once your roof terrace, balcony, or walkway is waterproofed, we can also lay alternative surfacing such as flags, decking etc, these are laid on to purpose made paving support pads which minimise sound transfer to the room below, and allow the surface to drain freely. Railings can also be fitted to an Everlast Flat Roof without compromising waterproofing.

We both refurbish and re-seal existing balconies, and convert existing flat roofs into stunning roof terraces, at little additional cost to the standard flat roof specification. A roof terrace can effectively increase the size of your garden, and to the value of your property.
